Service Area Milad Bazar Limited offers delivery services exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to international addresses.
Delivery Zones We deliver to residential and business addresses across the UK. However, delivery availability may vary based on location, particularly for chilled or frozen goods. Certain postcodes may be excluded or subject to longer delivery times.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (noon) are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Options & Timeframes We offer the following delivery options: Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days
- Available for perishable and non-perishable items across the UK
- Delivery charges apply (see section 6)
- Same-day or next-day delivery may be available based on postcode and order time
- Our chilled and frozen items are delivered in sealed thermal pouches with ice packs. Some thawing may occur during transit. If items are still cold to the touch, they can be safely refrozen.
Delivery Terms
- You must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
- Missed deliveries due to unavailability may result in additional charges.
- Perishable items (including chilled and frozen goods) cannot be redelivered and may be discarded if undeliverable.
- It is your responsibility to store perishable items appropriately after receipt.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates vary depending on your location, order size, and product type. Exact charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be offered for orders over a certain amount (as advertised on the website)
Delays and Exceptions While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier delays
- Stock availability
- High order volumes
Order Tracking Tracking details (if available) will be provided via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. For local deliveries, our driver may contact you directly.
Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect:
