Eat your heart out KFC.

This mix is better in my opinion than the actual KFC MIX, it’s sold at a good price and is economical to use.
Just drop the chicken pieces in beaten eggs, then put some mix into a lidded tub like you get from the takeout, shake well, place in a bag and leave in the fridge for a few hours. Fry till cooked
